RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange (so long as the apparel items are unworn and unwashed and music items are unopened). Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs incurred. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
You can exchange unwashed, unaltered items within 60 days of the date of delivery, send it to:

- Your name & email (as used for the original order)
- The item (and size) would like to exchange for
Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information we are unable to assist you with a return or exchange. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they arrive back at our facility.
Once our team receives the order back at the warehouse, someone from our team will reach out and invoice you for the exchange shipping and send you the new item. If you are exchanging one t-shirt, you will be invoiced $5.00. For one hoodie or multiple items, you will be invoiced $9.00.
Once the invoice is paid, we will process the exchange. Kindly note, the exchange process may take a few weeks.
If it has been longer than 60 days since the item was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot exchange or refund you for it. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
Kindly note, after receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your request. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request pending the condition of the item(s) returned.
RETURN PROCESS
We allow returns of any unwashed, unworn, like-new clothing items. Music items must be unopened and like-new. Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.

Kindly note, while we allow returns, we will not refund the shipping costs of your order.
SCP is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning unwanted items. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return pending the condition of the item(s) returned. If the item is received back and is not in like-new condition, we are unable to issue a refund/process an exchange, and the item will be shipped back to you in the same condition it was received in.
REFUNDS
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to fully clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened music items
- Worn, washed, dirty, or damaged apparel
- Items with traces of human/animal hair
- Items that smell of smoke, body odor, perfume, etc.
- Face Masks
- Undergarments
- Any other items not in like-new condition
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
To report a defective or damaged product in your order, please contact us HERE. Please make sure to fill out all fields to the best of your ability, including clear photos of the issue in the case of a damaged item. If the damage affects the playability of a music item, please include a video of the music item playing as well. All requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
Please note, we will often require the defective/incorrect item to be sent back. Our team will get back to you with the next steps and supply a return label when necessary.
We ship our vinyl and posters in custom-made, sturdy mailers and poster tubes. Unfortunately, slight damage can occur with these items while in transit occasionally. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for minor cosmetic damage such as creases, bends, split inserts, dings, etc. If you believe the damage is severe, please submit a claim so we may address it quickly.
Please note that all claims must be made within 60 days of the order delivery date.
