How do I return an item?

We allow returns unless otherwise noted on the product page. Return apparel items must be unwashed, unworn, clean, and like-new.  Music items must be unopened and like-new. Returns must be sent back within 60 days of the original order delivery date.

Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information we are unable to assist you with a return or exchange. We are not responsible for your return item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Kindly note, while we allow returns, we will not refund the shipping costs of your order. We reserve the right to deny a refund pending the condition of the item(s) returned. SCP is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning unwanted items.
